The JV1 Lady Panther soccer team played its final match of the season Friday night versus Cedar Hill.

The game was dominated from start to finish by the Lady Panthers with a final result of 4-0.

Securing the shut out was a strong team effort in the defensive third led by Lauren Jackson and Bailey Watson, along with Sierra Miller and Kathleen Lemus in goal.

Scoring for the Lady Panthers were Hailey Bohmaker, Maresa Carter (Hailey Bohmaker, assist), Morgan Pendley (Bailey Watson, assist), Bre Dorsey (Hailey Bohmaker, assist). For the season, the JV1 Lady Panthers scored 52 goals on their opponents, while giving up only eight goals.

The team ended up with an overall record of 12-4-3, and a district record of 8-2-2.

The JV2 boys soccer team traveled to Waco recently to play Waco High School.

The Panthers played well, but just didn't have enough to finish in the end.  The boys lost 2-1 Bradley Needham scored on a penalty kick for the lone goal. This brings their record to 6-9-3.

The JV2 girls soccer team completed its season with a disappointing 1-0 loss at South Grand Prairie.

The ladies entered the game battling injuries and down a few players.  Throughout the first half, the girls fought against the wind. Despite creating opportunities late in the half, the Lady Panthers failed to score.

South Grand Prairie scored midway through the first half. The Lady Panthers took advantage of the wind and they controlled possession for most of the half. Unfortunately, the girls could not find a way to score.

In the end, the JV2 girls finished with only their fifth loss of the season. Their final record for the season is 9-5-7.
