The Midlothian Police Department made the following arrests Oct. 16 – 22.

Oct. 16

Christine S. Withrow, 40, was arrested on the charge of driving while intoxicated.

Jeffrey M. Norris, 50, was arrested on a Dallas County warrant for possession/delivering a controlled substance.

Ryan M. Archibald, 18, was arrested on the charge of possession of marijuana and a Keller Police Department warrant for failure to appear.

Oct. 17

James T. Barnett, 32, was arrested on the charge of public intoxication.

Oct. 18

Ronald W. Ward, 58, was arrested on the charge of possession of a controlled substance greater than or equal to 1 gram but less than 4 grams and Alvarado Police Department warrants for failure to maintain financial responsibility and failure to appear/bail jumping.

Oct. 19

Lindsey C. Burkam, 21, was arrested on the charge of possession of a controlled substance less than 1 gram.

William T. Welborn, 22, was arrested on the charge of failure to identify fugitive intent to give false information and an Austin Parole Devision warrant for parole violation no bond.

Primitivo Mora, 34, was arrested on the charge of possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

Oct. 20

Adam L. Powell, 34, was arrested on a Tarrant County Sheriff's Office capias pro finum warrant for possession of a controlled substance

Christopher A. Jones, 41, was arrested on the charge of driving while intoxicated third or more, duty on striking fixture/highway landscape greater than $200 and a Texas Department of Criminal Justice parole violation warrant.

Juan J. Ventura, 34, was arrested on the charge of driving while intoxicated, second.

Oct. 21

No arrests.

Oct. 22

Joshua J. Dodge, 19, was arrested on the charge of assault causes bodily injury to a family member.
