Patrick Alan Stubblefield of Maypearl, TX passed away peacefully at home on May 20, 2017, after a lengthy illness.
He was born on October 3, 1963, to Charles Bruce Stubblefield and Johnnie Marie Jackson in Marble Falls in Burnett County. Patrick graduated from Rockdale High School in 1982, and he attended Lincoln Technical Institute where he graduated in June 1989. He lived in Waxahachie where he met Yola Fagan, and they married on November 25, 1989, at the home of James and Jane Fagan of Greenville, TX. Following several career moves they finally settled in Maypearl, TX and Patrick worked at Holt Cat from August 1997 through March 2015 as a lead tech in Irving, TX. He was always very active in the community and church. He was also Vice-President of Golden Triangle Radio Control Club in 2014 as well as a member of Austin Radio Control Assoc. He was also very active in anything his kids, grandkids, nieces and nephews and family were involved in and also loved hunting and shooting. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him. He is survived by his wife, Yola Stubblefield, children, Amanda and Lane Hughes and James and Lorrie Stubblefield, grandchildren, Hunter, Rider, Aubreigh and Olivia, brothers, Ron and Rebecca Stubblefield, Dylan and Melinda Stubblefield and Dustin and Jessica Stubblefield, step-mother, Cathy Clark, step-father, David Koepp, aunt, Dorothy Hawk, uncle, John Jackson, cousins, LeRoy Brown and Tammy Gorman. Services were held on May 25, 2017, at 5:30 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Maypearl, TX with burial at Maypearl Cemetery.
