Jail records reflect that 13 individuals were arrested between Feb. 26 — March 4 by Midlothian PD. There was also one name from Feb. 22 left off of last week's arrest log. All 14 individuals, arrested on or after Feb. 22, are innocent until proven guilty by a court of law, and include:
Trisha D. Arteaga, 35, for driving while intoxicated with a child under 15 years of age, possession of greater than one gram but less than four grams of a Grade 1 controlled substance and possession of fewer than 28 grams of a Grade 3 controlled substance.
Andrea R. Koopman, 27, on a Fort Worth warrant.
Jimmy D. Winchester, 51, for possession of a more than 4 grams but less than 200 grams of a Grade 1 controlled substance and possessing an illegal substance or item in a correctional facility.
Derek W. Shaw, 48, for assault causing bodily injury to a family member.

Andrae W. Kelley, 21, for possession of fewer than two ounces of marijuana.
Stephen T. Leaser, 57, on an Ellis County warrant for driving while intoxicated.
Keith D. Brown, 48, on a Midlothian PD warrant for driving with an invalid license.
Linda C. Dunlap, 35, on a Midlothian PD warrant for abandoning or endangering children with criminal negligence.
Keshawn D. NG, 20, for displaying fictitious motor vehicle registration and a Denton County warrant.
Austin R. Crow, 30, on a Midlothian PD capias warrant for burning without a permit.
Adrian Aldaba, 31, for possession of less than one gram of a Grade 2 controlled substance and possession of fewer than two ounces of marijuana.
Carlos Montanez, 31, for possession of less than one gram of a Grade 1 controlled substance, three Arlington PD warrants for driving infractions and two Midlothian PD warrants for driving violations.
Danny Frailey, 44, for driving while intoxicated.
Edgar Casteneda, 18, on a Midlothian PD warrant for unlawful disclosure of intimate visual material.
