Jail records reflect that 18 individuals were arrested between Feb. 5 — 11 by Midlothian PD. All 18 individuals, arrested on or after Jan. 29, are innocent until proven guilty by a court of law, and include:
Carlos A. Duran, 24, for driving while intoxicated.
Casey R. Dubois, 44, for possession of a Grade 1 controlled substance greater than or equal to one gram but less than four grams and four previous warrants for driving citations.
David J. Lee, 22, for possession of a Grade 2 controlled substance greater than or equal to one gram but less than four grams and four previous warrants for driving citations.
Jonathan D. Waswick, 22, for driving while intoxicated.
Brandi R. Jessup, 18, for theft of property greater than or equal to $100 but less than $750.
Gzim J. Lushaj, 40, on two Midlothian PD warrants for assault causing bodily injury to a family member.
Joseph E. Hernandez, 33, on two previous warrants for aggravated sexual assault of a child in Tarrant County and indecency with a child including sexual contact in Bedford.
Brittany S. Baize, 24, for possession of fewer than 28 grams of a Grade 3 controlled substance.
Edward D. Jenkins, 39, for possession of a Grade 2 controlled substance greater than or equal to four grams and fewer than 400 grams.
William M. Lawson, 45, for possession of a Grade 1 controlled substance greater than or equal to one gram but less than four grams and an Ellis County warrant for the same charge.
Heather N. Redd, 25, for possession of a Grade 1 controlled substance less than one gram, a warrant fee and two Red Oak PD warrants.
Charles W. Dunlap, 44, on an MPD warrant for assaulting a family member that caused bodily injury and possession of fewer than two ounces of marijuana.
Michael W. Jones, 57, on an Ellis County warrant for tampering with physical evidence.
Nia R. Jackson-Friar, 23, for possession of fewer than two ounces of marijuana.
Mandy J. Taylor, 41, on a DCSO warrant.
Mark D. Johnson, 21, on a Tarrant County warrant for possession fewer than two ounces of marijuana and a warrant fee.
Donald E. Hammons, for evading arrest, a warrant fee, a Grayson County warrant for failure to appear or evading arrest and an Oklahoma warrant for distribution of a controlled substance.
Valerie N. Levan, 35, for a warrant fee and four River Oaks PD warrants for driving infractions.
