Jail records reflect that 15 individuals were arrested between April 2 — 8 by Midlothian PD. All 15 individuals, arrested on or after April 2, are innocent until proven guilty by a court of law, and include:

O'Neil, 48, on an Arlington PD warrant for possession of a controlled substance, failure to identify as a fugitive, two Grand Prairie warrants, a Midlothian PD warrant for possession of a controlled substance, possession of greater than or equal to on gram but fewer than four grams of a Grade 1 controlled substance, and possession of fewer than two ounces of marijuana.

Justin W. Hulsey, 27, for possession of less than one gram of a Grade 1 controlled substance and possession of fewer than two ounces of marijuana.

Jeremy B. Anlunez, 22, for possession of fewer than two ounces of marijuana.

Heath J. Clay, 41, for a terroristic threat of a family member or household.

Johnathon J. Chagnon, 18, on a Midlothian PD warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia, a Cedar Hill PD warrant and warrant fee.

Dan L. Jackson, 28, on a warrant fee, MPD Capias warrants for traffic violations.

Shawn M. Flynn, 19, on three Midlothian PD warrants for traffic violations.

Rene M. Rodriquez, 41, on two warrants.

Tabitha A. Diaz, 39, for driving while intoxicated with an open alcoholic container and duty on striking an unattended vehicle.

Donald T. Keils, 23, for assault causing bodily injury to a family member and criminal mischief of greater than or equal to $100 but fewer than $750.

Francis Gonzales, 59, for driving while intoxicated with an open alcoholic container and unlawful carrying of a weapon.
