Three Jaguars combined to shutout Glen Rose on the road Tuesday night.
Jared Bolsvert was credited with the win after he tossed the first three innings. He struck out two, walked one and allowed one hit in the 7-0 win.
Bryce Fuller (3IP, 2K, H) and Travis Belz (1IP, 3K) worked four innings of one-hit baseball in relief to improve the Jaguars to 11-3 on the season and 3-0 in District 8-4A.
Cade Sumbler led off the ballgame with a triple to right-center field and scored two pitches late on a Calsen Clower sacrifice bunt.
Jackson Morris then doubled to right field to lead off the top of the second inning and scored on a fielder's choice two batters later.
The Jaguars tacked on two runs in the fifth and three more in the sixth. Heritage outhit Glen Rose 13-2, and both teams committed one error.
Sumbler led the Jaguars with four hits in his five opportunities at the dish, while Cole Jones, Cody Moore and Trey Bostic all connected for a pair of hits.
Heritage returns home to host Venus at 7: 30 p.m. Friday.
