Sunday, May 27, will be a busy day at Central Presbyterian Church, with activities including a silent auction to benefit international and local mission trips.
Worship begins at 11 a.m. The auction will be conducted from noon to 2 p.m. during an all-church barbecue. The CPC Men’s Council will provide the meat for the meal, and guests are invited to bring a side dish or dessert to share.
The silent auction will benefit the Haiti mission trip and a youth mission trip being planned for this summer. Some of the items included in the auction are: one week at a VRBO in Santa Rosa Beach, Fla.; a cake by Larry Felty; meat loaf of the month; Bath and Body Works basket, a one-hour session from balloon lady, Dana Elsom; a handmade quilted wall hanging, and more!
Donated items and services to be auctioned are still being accepted! Please contact Cheryl Loper at firstname.lastname@example.org or 214-533-6854.
