To the Editor,

I have known Tami Tobey for most of my ten years living in Midlothian. Throughout that time, I have personally witnessed her put in endless hours making a difference in our schools. From her time founding and working on the Midlothian Education Foundation to her time spent running PTO’s and other school endeavors, Tami’s actions speak loud and clear where her heart is. It comes as no surprise that she was awarded the Gene Rodger’s Community Service Award for her tireless service to our community.

It is obvious that Tami is not only more than qualified to be a school board trustee, but she is also genuine and approachable. Tami’s positive outlook and gentle heart make her the type of trustee that anyone can voice their concerns to, knowing she will listen and take each issue to heart. The integrity, kindness, and humility found within her is evident, not just via her spoken and written words, but also in her daily actions. One look at her social media campaign page, not to mention a look at her ongoing dedication to our schools and town over the past 20 years, and you will see how this class act of a community servant consistently sets a great example for our students.

I am so proud to stand behind Tami Tobey. She is the candidate that I want as a role model for my daughter and sons. Please vote Tami Tobey for place 6.
