Midlothian welcomed its newest, high-end, residential development this week with a ribbon cutting for The Mark at Midlothian apartments hosted by the Midlothian Chamber of Commerce on Friday.
The Mark at Midlothian is a 236-unit luxury rental community located at 999 Walter Stephenson Road near the intersection of Hwy. 67 and Hwy. 287 next door to the Midlothian Dog Park.
Developed by the principals of CPG Development, Candy Munster, Chase Munster, Preston Munster, and Grant Robinson, The Mark at Midlothian is one of three properties that the group has brought to Ellis County over the last four years. The Mark on Solon (600 Solon Road Waxahachie) was completed in Fall 2018 and The Mark on Conquest (2050 Conquest Blvd. Waxahachie) will begin leasing in early 2020.
“We have been following the growth in Midlothian and Waxahachie over the last several years and are very excited to be a part of the community fabric by offering high-end housing to the great residents of these two cities,” said Preston Munster.
