A new group of local leaders will be learning to dance over the next four months, all for a good cause. The second Dancing with the Ellis County Stars event is set for Feb.

I follow this fairly well known pastor on Instagram. He’s a youngish guy with a great story. He serves at a larger church, has written a book and gets asked to speak at big conferences. He’s the real deal. But I also see what looks like a nod to “worldliness (1st John 2:15).”

The Love Your Neighbor organization joined with the Wagon Wheel Cowboy Church of Waxahachie and Agape Chain Ministries to provide an appreciation dinner, as sponsored by Hibachio Restaurant (Japanese cuisine) of Midlothian, in support of the dedicated work done by the Department of Safety’s Texas State Troopers Association.
