Ellis County Titles Scarecrow Festival entry says, follow the bricks to Heritage Park to view the amazing display through Nov. 3. Thats just one thing to do in Midlothian on Halloween. The Downtown Trick or Treat is set for Tuesday, Oct. 31, at North 8th Street and Heritage Park from 4-6 p.m. Also, A.H. Meadows Library (922 S. 9th St.,) has goodies for all costumed kids from 5 to 6:30 p.m. The annual Scarecrow Festival is happening now at Heritage Park, 234 N. 8th St., and continues through Nov. 3.
