MISD and community mourn as beloved coach loses cancer battle Midlothian High School assistant football coach Clif White faced his cancer battle with extreme bravery and continued to work even as the disease and three rounds of chemotherapy treatment ravaged his body. As recently as homecoming week, White was on the sideline coaching while carrying an oxygen tank.

Construction firm touts HHS completion

Mirror report DALLAS — Adolfson & Peterson Construction, a national, family-owned construction management and contracting company, completed renovations and facility expansions for Midlothian Independent School District’s Heritage High School. The $53 million construction project, which began in the summer of 2020, consists of a 185,000-square-foot addition to Heritage High School, adding a two-story classroom wing with science labs, storm shelter with a drill gym, a competition gym and a fine arts complex.
