The Heritage Jaguar girls are off to a strong start to District 15-5A play, battling to a physical 36-32 victory over the Red Oak Lady Hawks on Friday evening at the HHS competition gymnasium.

The Midlothian Lady Panthers bounced back from last week’s district-opening loss to rival Heritage with two solid 15-5A victories, including a 64-27 blowout win over the Ennis Lady Lions at MHS Arena on Tuesday night.

DALLAS — The Heritage High School swim team had a strong showing on Friday and Saturday at the North Dallas TISCA Invitational at Loos Natatorium, with the Jaguar boys placing second and the girls fifth out of 33 teams entered.

The Heritage Jaguars dominated District 6-5A (II) in the 2024 football season, and also dominated the list of all-district players announced last Thursday.

After winning a pair of games in the Heritage Hoopfest last weekend, the Heritage Jaguars returned to regular non-district action on Tuesday night and dropped a 66-53 decision to Arlington Seguin.

After breaking even in the Mansfield ISD Spring Creek Barbecue Classic this past weekend, the Midlothian Panthers returned to the home hardwood on Tuesday night and suffered a 79-52 loss to a solid Frisco Heritage squad.
