Texas FACES club shines at Junior Olympics
The Texas FACES Track Club concluded its 2025 youth track season by sending an impressive 53 athletes to compete at the USATF Junior Olympic Track & Field Championships with 46 of those being from Ellis County, held July 21–27 at Savannah State University in Savannah, Georgia. This year’s Texas FACES team featured 110 youth athletes, ranging from sprinters and distance runners to hurdlers, jumpers, and throwers — including 98 athletes residing in Ellis County.
