GRANBURY – Ronald Wayne Anderson, of Granbury, Texas, was called home by our Heavenly Father on May 3, 2022, at the age of 81, in Fort Worth, Texas. Ron was born September 7, 1940 in Pampa, Texas, to his parents, Rufus and Loraine Anderson.

Ron was the owner of Anderson Building and Development, LLC in Granbury, Texas, for over 20 years. He was an avid carpenter & builder on all levels and was the best of the best in his family, friends, and customers eyes. He was a motocross racer, a pilot, an avid water skier, a mathematician, a wise counselor to his kids and could fix anything that was broken. Ron, Andy or “Ronnie” was known to always put people first in every relationship he had.

He was preceded in death by his father Rufus Anderson, mother Loraine Anderson, brother Morgan Anderson, sister Laura Belle Wadley, nephew Todd Anderson, and his stepson Raul Espinosa. He is survived by his loving wife Celia Anderson, sisters-in-law Betty Anderson & Lynn Morris, son Monte Anderson, daughter Mary Sink and her husband Greg Sink, daughter Tammy Anderson, stepson Damian Espinosa and wife Stephanie Espinosa, stepson Glenn Espinosa, his nephew & nieces Toby, Kimberly, Carrie, Carla, Dawna, Jamie, Clifford and their beloved dog Coco.

Ron was affectionately known as“Pa” or“Grandpa” by his grandchildren, Heather Blackwell, Amariss Feemster, Justin Underwood, Marcus Underwood, Ryder Espinosa, Destiny Espinosa, Gabriella Espinosa, Melanie Espinosa, Rene Espinosa, and Alessandra Espinosa. His grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces & nephews were his pride and joy as he took special attention to share stories, offer free advice, and give plenty of praise and encouragement to each of them all.

His Celebration of Life is planned for Saturday, May 28, 2022, at 2 p.m., at Wiley Funeral Home, in Granbury, Texas. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a charity of your choice.
